Methinks they are struggling to meet all their loan obligations that are coming due.

For all I know, they are trading titles to blind LLC's, or whatever, for cash. All I can surmise is they are strapped for cash.

is doing the Appraisals on his Properties. My guess is,Moscow Don. Remember Micheal Cohen saying the value of Trump Properties varied form one day to the next depending on which Bank was hit up for a loan.
