The ERA had a time limit for ratification, which passed in the early ‘80s. While it’s theoretically possible that Congress could retroactively extend it, such an attempt would have to pass McConnell’s Senate. So...no chance.

And there seems to be a bunch of angles where it can be ratified.

However all those angles will certainly be challenged in court and decided in the SC.

The current SC may not be kind to these arguments.

It was agreed to by both parties with an expiration date. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a 6-3 decision in favor of it's expiration.
