The State Legislatures in those states didn't install either DeSantis or Kemp into the office. They *won* the ballot totals even if it was hella sketchy in Georgia. The GOP installing Bevin into office- who has apparently lost by 5000 votes- without a REALLY good justification would likely not stand for long IMHO. And so far they haven't produced evidence of anything wrong with that election.

One lower court supported them, but another court (Wisconsin Supreme Court?) overturned the original ruling, so I'm not sure what the current remedy is, short of getting rid of more Republicans in the next Election and changing the laws.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court is basically a partisan Supreme Court. When Scott Walker got caught coordinating campaign strategy with issue advocacy groups (ie dark money groups which can accept unlimited donations from people and don't have to reveal their donor's identities), the WI Supreme Court said that was okay.

it is improper but will be used more and more until in 20 or 30 years will be considered proper, that is the way English works. The same thing will probably (though I hope not) to the present use of 's to make a plural of something. I hate it but it has become so used that someday our grandkids will think it is proper. Go back and read some things written in Shakespeare's day. the spellings will be almost unrecognizable to you. But some became commonly used and then became the proper usage.
