3. And Peggy Noonan on Ari's tonight is doing her part to set him up to take the fall

Perhaps it was planned before he gave his fateful press conference and he set up this next act in the play.

All to protect Trump. This is disgusting. The "devil made me do it" defense. Meh.

6. Her little lecture act made my blood boil

Pointing the finger at Schiff. I was so glad when Schwartz called her out and made her look like the ass she really is.

The POTUS held an ally nation hostage for his personal needs. And she thinks she can lecture the Dems for acting on that impeachable offense.

Now I will wait until Rachel comes on, staying with Gold Rush until then.

13. Peggy Noonan is utterly pathetic. Rather vomit-inducing.
Fri Nov 8, 2019, 09:39 PM
Nov 2019

Shit - she should be put to use every time somebody you love accidentally swallows poison and needs to heave it back up, pronto! She's more effective than a finger down yer throat.

I used to think of Peggy Noonan as "Reagan's Monica." No, there was no blow-jobbing involved, unless it was in what she wrote about him committed on all her readers. MY GOD. As shameless as a schoolgirl with a big crush. OH MY GOD. It was almost nauseating to read her breathless,, rhapsodic sighs about how wonderful she thought he was. The Second Coming had nothing on St. Ronnie.

It was literally EMBARRASSING. At your age, Peggy-baby, one would have hoped you'd have grown out of that junior high slumber-party gushing over Tiger Beat magazine by now.

I remember watching as she hyperventilated on "Hardball" when Chris Matthews asked her something about dubya, when the Iraq War was going sideways, sighing "CHRRRRRISSStopher... CHRRRRRISSStopher... " in the most shameless, melodramatic display I think I've ever seen outside of some bad acting in a high school play. CRIMINY, girlfriend, why don't you just strip down naked, lie prostrate on the tabletop, and offer yourself up for dinner? You forgot the ripped bodice in the dark night with some mysterious and illicit storybook lover. For Pete's Sake!

Utterly revolting! Sickening! And she's still at it! Temperature turned down just a little by now, but she's not exactly some trembling maiden standing breathless before the heavy-breathing hot-blooded knave anymore. MY GOD the melodrama. She's a walking, talking cheesy old-fashioned soap opera.

I just do not EVER want to hear from her or see her - EVER EVER again. Peggy darling, shouldn't you retire and go make weekly pilgrimages in widows weeds to the Reagan gravesite? Your dream man lies there - awaiting only the pressure of your footfall...

14. Tonight it looked to me like she was relying on "the wonder of me" according to Peggy Noonan

She was taking herself so seriously that only a two pound cream pie in the face was going to snap her out of it.

Luckily Tony Schwartz was on deck to serve it up. I thought Mark Thompson was going to lose his shizzle.

17. She hasn't learned A Thing.

But yeah, she does indeed seem MOST impressed with herself.

I'd be glad - in fact, honored, to be the supplier of the cream pie. Even though I doubt it would bring her back to reality.

15. John Dean was talking about this also. Says it will be Sondland, Mulvaney, and Giuliani going under
Fri Nov 8, 2019, 10:29 PM
Nov 2019

the bus. In that order. But he says it is not going to work. Sondland has already indicated he is not going to be the fall guy for Trump. Mulvaney may be a little harder to crack but not much. And Giuliani loves his cushy NYC life too much to throw away his freedom for Trump.

I've seen his contributions to Find Law. But maybe he was on tv.

So Mulvaney no-showed and then we get damaging testimony about him.
