So Trump has now admitted to a high crime in paying the $2,000,000 penalty for his scam charity.

The House can impeach him in one day then the Senate can vote to find him guilty and
remove him from office the next day. End of story.

He took money in to help the vets and kept it until he was caught and he used $25,000
of his charity to bribe Florida's A.G. not to investigate his scam Trump U.

to trigger impeachment considering Individual 2 is now in jail. With all the things we know Trump has done, the Ukraine brouhaha is kind of small potatoes.

dying when he withholds funds that were appropriated by congress because he wants to win an election and have another country fabricate lies. It's way worse than the Cohen stuff.

You are correct that there are so many illegal things he has done to cause so many to suffer.

It is all very complex and I don't think most people will be able to comprehend how big and far reaching it is. Every revelation seems to lead to another. Trump and his corrupt minions have been very busy. We may never even know the full extent of their corruption.

STATEMENT FROM PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

I am the only person I know, perhaps the only person in history, who can give major money to charity ($19M), charge no expense, and be attacked by the political hacks in New York State. No wonder why we are all leaving!
Every penny of the $19 million raised by the Trump Foundation went to hundreds of great charitable causes with almost no expenses.

The New York Attorney General is deliberately mischaracterizing this settlement for political purposes.
In fact, the court rejected the Attorney General’s frivolous request for statutory penalties, interest and other damages.

It has been 4 years of politically motivated harassment – first by lightweight AG Schneiderman, prior to his resignation for beating up women – then AG Underwood, who was impossible to deal with, and now AG Letitia James, who does not acknowledge that we gave 100% of the funds to great charities, but refuses to investigate the Clinton Foundation with all of its problems. All they found was incredibly effective philanthropy and some small technical violations, such as not keeping board minutes.

We resolved the case with the understanding that all money previously in the foundation has gone to charity. I am therefore happy to donate $2 million to the following worthy charities: Army Emergency Relief; Children’s Aid Society; City Meals on Wheels; Give an Hour; Martha’s Table, United Negro College Fund; United Way of Capital Area; and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

He has committed every crime possible related to holding a federal positon plus money laundering and campaign finance violation. And also he was a john and Epstein's buddy when he met his current wife the Slovenian sex worker. And also he committed treason.

This is the man the richest man in the world, and possibly one of the shortest Russians, Putin, picked to work with as his puppet in the US.

This is the man the filthy rich American capitalist have chosen to represent their country. All the top filthy richest families in the US are supporting Trump. They are enabling him to continue his crimes so they can get their tax giveaways. Trump is the embodiment of American capitalism. The orange mass and his Slovenian sex worker are the true representation of capitalism and the filthy rich.

I just don't get why Dems can't work effectively like that. This is a HUGE criminal deal and hardly anyone knows about it because Democratic leadership is ignoring it.

Judge finalizes $25 million Trump University settlement for students of 'sham university'

A federal judge finalized the $25 million settlement between President Trump and students of his now shuttered Trump University on Monday, with New York's attorney general claiming “victims of Donald Trump’s fraudulent university will finally receive the relief they deserve.”

The order from U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel — the same Indiana-born judge Trump called biased because of his "Mexican heritage" — comes a year after he first approved the settlement. It marks the end of two class-action lawsuits and a civil lawsuit from New York accusing Trump of "swindling thousands of Americans out of millions of dollars through Trump University," in the words of New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

"This settlement marked a stunning reversal by President Trump, who for years refused to compensate the victims of his sham university," Schneiderman said in a statement.

Indeed, Trump claimed as a candidate that he "never" settled lawsuits, and would not do so in the case of Trump University. "That's why I won't settle," Trump told MSNBC in 2016. "Because it's an easy case to win in court ... How do you settle a case like that?"

This guy has always been a thief, a mafia style thug and a con man. He thought he could do the say thing as president and no one would stop him. He has to be impeached because if the Senate refuses to impeach him, we will be looking at 4 more years of this fuck stick. His dumb ass supporters will put him in again because they don`t care for nothing but beating democrats.

But at some point, we have to get to a vote. There are so damn many offenses and crimes and violations and frauds that he’s committed that there wouldn’t be the time and energy to litigate them all.

We need to leave a mark. Impeach. And remove if possible. If not possible, leave him permanently marked and damaged for all of history.
