On this day, I thank our current
and former servants of the public good, Civil Service and Military.
I was born of a southern family. The men and women served in every war since the Revolution. They served no party, no political cause, they served duty, honor, family and this great country.
My father served in WW2, my brothers in Viet Nam.
That Cadet Bone Spurs commands the military is beyond my ability to comment on without obscenities and anger.
