First, in New York City, the Department of Sanitation is responsible for garbage collection, recycling collection, street cleaning, and snow removal. Their nickname is New York's Strongest.

Second, private collection for businesses are handled by private firms that have long been rumored to be run by the mob.

to use those big NYC Sanitation Dept. trucks to block off streets for temporary security measures where they might be afraid of a car bomb or the like.

But it does seems extra appropriate with Trump, though.
