Black man beaten while restrained in a restraining chair. Almost no media attention

I posted a few days ago about the woman in Boulder because I was extremely upset about that. However, her story got picked up by all kinds of National media even Inside Edition. Here is a black man getting beaten in a similar situation and almost no media attention.
