I thought I understood enough about what happened, to not get chills down my spine

I was so wrong. Maybe it's just hearing it, first hand, from someone who was there. I don't know. But I am going to go get a shawl and maybe a shot of whisky because, damn.

Trump set up a cabal of people, with no accountability, to run foreign policy for his personal benefit and to run it in secret

I have no doubt that this was not exclusive to Ukraine policy.

We already know that. He approached several countries to try to damage Biden.

This was normal operations for Trump. For 3 years he’s been using the entire executive branch to enrich and benefit himself personally.

You can hear or read summaries, but they just don't carry the gravitas of hearing it from the source. That, and the details, details, details. I can't even begin to imagine how the GOP can have ANY credible countering to this damaging, devastating detail. Well, maybe a childish 'liar, liar pants on fire' from the GOP deflection banshees.

Ukraine a dime. They would have appeared to tv to announce an investigation into Hunter Bidens board energy company.

Then give the country to Russia.

we're living history. this is big stuff.
if it's recorded correctly in my opinion, the biggest takeaway will be the Republicans' abject refusal to fulfill their oaths of office and act in good faith. because they have trump dead to rights.

The only thing I think the administration can do is argue that they did all this but it is not an impeachable offense.
