The thing is, Gordon Sondland can somehow bumblefuck his way into being an American hero if he wants
Basically by just dropping the boom on Trump and spilling the beans to the public about everything Trump wanted to do and why he wanted to it.
It would work to save Sondland's skin.
Not that Gordon Sondland deserves to be a hero by an means, but hell, if we're talking about John Fucking Bolton becoming a hero, anyone can do it at this point.
Whatever justifies the end result at this point. Throw Sondland and Bolton a ticker tape parade if you want, so long as it gets Trump out of office. I won't attend, mind you, but I really won't care one way or another.
