Twitter has a field day with Jim Jordan's craven behavior at impeachment hearing

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan is a god-awful human being. His positioning on the House Intelligence Committee during the impeachment hearings is a mystery in as much as he’s dumb and has nothing but enormous skeletons in his own closet. There are the numerous lawsuits and allegations that while an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University, Jordan knew about multiple young men being sexually assaulted and molested by Dr. Richard Strauss.

However, the GOP seems to want to find the most craven and shameless of the Republican reps available to spin their wheels, since an actual defense of Trump’s actions surrounding the Ukraine eludes them. But, Jordan has a grotesque quality of speaking fast, saying nothing, and then acting like he’s smugly made a point. It’s a delusional quality that has kept him upright these past many years as he internally rationalizes being such a coward to those he perceives to be good for his career.

But for all of Rep. Jordan’s bluster and fast-talking bullshit, most of the American public knows that he is a man that allowed younger men to be molested and raped by his coworker. He turned a blind eye to protecting the young people he was charged to tutor and help become adults. He’s a coward and a liar. No less than three hashtags have been trending today, all referring to Jordan. #GymJordan and #Mr. Jordan and #Rep. Jordan, are filled with nothing but the facts about Jim Jordan.

Think about this. He, Jordan has been accused of turning a blind eye to his students accusations of rape. Word is the school knew and said ya, okay that's what the guy does. Shrug.

So here we have Gym at the impeachment hearings doing everything in his power to keep a self acclaimed assaulter of women, treasonous bastard and rapist in chief in power. TRAITOR! RUSSIAN ASSET. He attacked in a bizarre rant an Ambassador of over 50 years of service and with a smirk, called him a liar.

Jordan needs to be taken down along with trump. Enablers are as guilty as the ones they enable.

4. If Jordan continues to embarrass the GOP, he'll be quietly asked to shut up and let the show go on.

He's going to anger the Trumpy base and the independents because his behavior is purely antagonistic, and he'll run out of tricks by then. His list of maneuvers is short because his role is very limited. He can't do anything but pound his fist and spit. That will get old, and quick. I don't think he knows this yet. He's quite full of himself, so he'll be the last person on earth to find out what a boorish lout he is. Then the GOP big bosses will pay Gym a visit and tell him to go away. Gym Jordan has no future in this role, and he really can't escape the role. He's made it his brand, and he can't sell it anywhere.

But that's also the plight of the GOP, a party of completely bankrupt ideas that they keep trying to recycle for the past 30 years. They can only sell it by adding sidecars of racial animosity and Holy God. Their base only hears the racial animosity and Holy God part.

This is politics.

10. The Ohio Attorney General does

Not think Jordan is so hot. After I complained to them I received a phone call telling me they agreed, but until a case was heard their hands were tied. But they are watching closely.

The House ethics committee needs to act. The Referee filed suit saying he told Jordan the same day Republicans put him on the committee. He is in a John Boehner gerrymandered District that may go away now that we have an independent committee.
