That's going to be the charge. It's easy to prove given the evidence we have and it's explicitly an impeachable offense. I do believe it's an Iron Clad case. So as someone who pushed impeachment from the get go, I appreciate Speaker Pelosi's patience. She knew Trump would implode with something like this.

I fully expect that the GOP will argue that it's not in fact Bribery. That because Trump WITHHELD aid that it's actually blackmail or extortion, and therefore, not impeachable (since it's not explicitly listed).

Yep. The GOP will convict Trump of extortion and blackmail if they think it would give them an excuse not to impeach. I fully expect Lindsey Graham to lead the charge on that. We're there there.
