1. If he doesnt take the 5th he's the biggest fool to ever walk through those doors.

Just my indelicate opinion.

2. His best bet is to come clean. He's surrounded by truth so he might as well shorten his sentence.

12. If he starts pleading the 5th now, that is basically a blood droplet trail

to Trump and others that are slowly being connected to crimes.

His best bet is to save his own ass and reduce his coming prison sentence as much as possible.

3. Tell as much truth as possible

And otherwise plead the fifth.

4. He will do what ever his Spouse tells him to do.

This is going to be a Salvage Operation for Sondland and his Hotel Company. Watch and see.

6. That's the smart play.

He has some small moral advantage due to his lack of qualification to be a foreign service officer. He can plead he trusted trump and didn't expect him to break the law.

He'll have to release himself from trump and realize that the million bucks that he paid for his job is a total loss.

9. Do not think this fellows company

could handle any type of Boycott by the Public. And when it comes to the Traveling Public,Company Associations are important to the Millennial population as well as the Educated older Travelers.

Am aware of one of his Properties,it sits in a Seasonal Tourist Town will the Fall and Winter months being damn Dead. Plus,it is a super high Maintenance operation .

14. My guess is the company goes up for sale within the next six months.

The brand is dead with his name attached to it.

22. He DID tell a reporter at his first testimony that he doesn't have a reputation to salvage......

And he's out a million bucks to not salvage it with......Clearly he will rue the day he ever tried to kiss up to Shitgibbon.

15. My guess is the company is quietly up for sale.

It is dead with his name attached to it, regardless of what he does when testifying.

19. Did a look see as to his

Properties. The one I am some what aware of,had it as a Business Client years back, sad to say,it is so under utilized and with the right Marketing, could be one hell of a winner.

16. Pleading the 5th only makes things a bit more difficult for prosecutors.

Enough people witnessed him do some things that he is screwed. Plus, if he keeps his mouth shut, you better bet that Rudi is going to load Sondland up with crimes to save his own ass. Sondland appears to have been aware of what Rudi was doing and aided those efforts.

8. First off - he's already been smart enough to actually listen to his lawyer ...

... so THAT will probably continue.

His options are waaaaaay limited ::

1) he had to know all the REGULAR channel's protocol;
2) his willing participation in the IRREGULAR channel sure as shooting needs 'splaining!

'Splaining probably goes to either MF45 made us do it possibly as another quid pro quo demand; or plays dumb mouse - if "all the president's men" aka 3 Amigos+ were doing it - and they KNOW how this foreign stuff works - plus some were lawyers it must have been ok, I was just an efficient helper.

23. That, or eat the polonium sandwich from Vladdy Daddy.

Have a sudden refresh of memory about 7/26--oh, yeah, now I remember: tRump told me the whole plan, and this is it: (insert details here).

Or have a sandwich, courtesy of Apparat-Chik-Fil-A....

27. That might not work

There are so many witnesses to Sondland's behavior.

If he claims to forget, he could be setting himself up for more legal peril.

Sondland is an ass. I'm glad he's in this position.

Pay him a bribe for the most comfortable cell, because he may be in it for a while.

26. Sing like the proverbial canary ...

... act the ignorant fool who was easily duped, plead that he thought everything he did was legal and aboveboard because it was at the direction of the "pResident" - and hope for the best.
