And if Trump had been ill people would have been much closer to him in case he tripped or fainted.

We’ve seen a drawer full of Sudafed. It looks to me like a clipboard holding a manila envelope full, stuffed with something. A suspected overdose of something would necessitate a quick trip to the hospital with those drugs in hand. There is your unscheduled, hurried visit. Would this very paranoid man be willing to allow someone else to carry his drugs? Did he perhaps think someone had poisoned him?

He looks like a man having some manner of meltdown that’s for sure. I don’t think he’s reading.

If it was routine, the doc could have just ridden in one of the cars in the motorcade. There was a reason the doc was in the car with him. And I don't think it was because he wanted company on the way to a "routine" physical exam.

Interesting factoid ...

The president's doctor ALWAYS stays in immediate proximity to the president in case of emergency, but this wasn't always the case. When President Kennedy was shot, his doctor was in the motorcade, but far back - I think he was on the press bus. When the shooting happened and the "secure package" of the motorcade peeled off and raced to the hospital, the rest of the cars containing staff, press, VIPs, AND his doctor, Admiral Burkley, were cut off and stuck in snarled traffic. Dr. Burkley managed eventually to get to Parkland before the president died and, by all accounts, was as helpful as he could be to the trauma doctors. But it took him a while to get there.

In that instance, Dr. Burkley's absence didn't make a difference - President Kennedy was mortally wounded and there was nothing anyone could have done to save him, even if he had received immediate medical attention. But officials realized there could be times in which the president's doctor's presence would make a difference and he needed to be able to get to him quickly. So now the protocol is for the doctor to always be in the presidential "bubble," close enough to the president to get to him within a few moments. The doc rides in the front part of the motorcade, close to the limousine, they ride on Marine One or the backup, and they even ride on the same elevator with him when out of the White House.

But the doctor usually does NOT ride in the same car with the president, so seeing Cmdr. Conley hop into the SUV with him raised a red flag for me.

Accroding to the scuttle butt - the unidentified piece of medical equipment was a dosimeter and he was exposed to a possibly radioactive device sent to him by the deep state and/or liberals.

Trump has killed satire but some of these conspiracy theories the R comes up with are nearly as good.

in Mucinex-D. Maybe he had something similar, especially since he's known to pop them like candy. She had issues with muscle contractions in her limbs, elevated BP (150/96) and a resting heart rate topping out at 156. The "cold" she was taking it for turned out to be RSV (not flu, but pretty contagious). They pushed fluids and she stopped taking Mucinex, and her BP and heart rate were back to normal within a day or so.

Now, we're waiting to see what the ER visit, blood work, and IV drip cost. She just rolled off our insurance and didn't pick one of her own yet.
