I’ve had them, and the symptoms mirror a heart attack. Chest tightness, shortness of breath, overwhelming feeling that something is wrong but you don’t know what, struggling to think clearly. They probably took him there to make sure there wasn’t anything worse than a panic attack going on.

get caught out, doesn’t seem far fetched that he might have a ticker problem and have had symptoms that suggested something serious as at least a possibility.

I think he has a history of substance abuse. He was high as a kite at a recent well televised rally.
Whether speed, alcohol (I don’t take his word for it that he teetotals), whatever, he’s on something at least on a binge basis, and he looks unfit, unwell. Bloated, obese, unhealthy looking eyes, far from hale and hearty.

Maybe he did push for hospital to garner sympathy, but also likely he had some kind of an incident.
