Something you may not know XXXXX -- I keep a fast-paced schedule, both when I'm on Capitol Hill and when I'm on the trail for Democrats across the country.
People ask what keeps me going. Most are astounded to learn I don't drink coffee. For me, two scoops of dark chocolate ice cream and a little hot water with lemon does the trick.
And I'll tell you what keeps our network going: passionate supporters like you XXXXX.
Since Trump took office, we've worked against his fear-mongering, hateful rhetoric and misguided agenda. We beat back countless attempts to repeal and obliterate the Affordable Care Act. We were successful in protecting Medicare and Social Security. We fought for the rights of women, minorities, immigrants and the LGBTQ community.
When we fight together, for each other, against hate, we win. I'm so glad to have you as a part of this amazing team.
News breaks quickly these days. Trump can change the course of events in the minute it takes to tweet. I want to make sure you stay informed on whats happening. So if you have just a moment, follow me on social media to get the latest updates and breaking news.

We took back the Majority in the House by working together. And the only way we will continue to win victories against Trump, his Republican enablers in Congress, and his special interest friends is by working together.
I'm incredibly proud to have you with me. Welcome to the team.

(42,862 posts)We are very fortunate to have her. We will forever owe her a debt of gratitude... and many still owe her an apology for their ageist, insulting and denigrating comments.
Thank you Nancy Pelosi!
