Wow, Obama's former doctor is telling Erin Burnett that Trump is having major neurological problems

From @OutfrontCNN: Dr. David Scheiner, Obama's former doctor, says Trump's "inability to say words sometimes worries me tremendously. He is having trouble word-finding... Comedians joke about it, but it's not a joking matter."

Other than when he's cheating at golf, when have you ever seen Trump without his ubiquitous 6 foot long tie and the buttons of his shirt undone? I never have, not even on the campaign trail or at his Nazi rallies. There was something attached to his suit jacket as well, that looked like it had a manila folder or something atop it in order to conceal it's identity. There definitely was skullduggery afoot, and it was not a trip for a routine physical!

Mini strokes happen before the big one. They may be momentarily confused. Most usually get worse. I also think Trumps drug use, his diet that has lined his arteries with calcium are just one of many problems.

Congestive heart failure has also been mentioned . That would explain the bloat.

wnylib

85. In my post toward the end of the thread I
Tue Nov 19, 2019, 03:31 PM

mentioned the diet and arteries, which are contributors to mini strokes. Pieces of plaque get dislodged from the artery walls and drift into smaller arteries and capillaries, where they block oxygen to the brain until the capillary breaks or the plaque breaks up into smaller pieces and pass through. When that happens enough times, pockets of brain cells are destroyed. Quite often the brain area affected deals with speech but it could affect other parts of the body too.

His speech patterns fit mini stroke damage. His diet, age, and life style fit the profile of people who experience mini strokes.

To avoid a big one he will need to eat healthier, not just cutting saturated fats and sugars, but increasing veggies and grains for beneficial vitamins and minerals as well as fiber. Plus, cholesterol meds, an increase of healthy oils (olive oil), and exercise to increase his oxygen intake and reduce his weight.

He is not the type of guy to discipline himself that way so he will face the consequences. I think he believes that enough money will buy medical fixes without any effort on his part.

snip--"Usually an MRI machine requires a giant, powerful magnet and must be encased in its own copper-shielded room. It is why the behemoths cost hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. But this device, from a startup called Hyperfine, is about the size of a luggage cart. It could be wheeled from one bed to another.

On a recent day, I lay down and put my head under the machine. Within minutes a three-dimensional image of my brain was on a screen in an adjoining room — not quite as good as a normal MRI, but pretty clear. There was no need for me to take off ordinary metal objects. I wore my belt."

snip--"
Dr. Kevin Sheth, the associate chair for clinical research in the department of neurology at Yale University, said the device has been used more than 100 times in the neurological intensive care unit he oversees as part of ongoing clinical research. He has not personally received any money from Hyperfine"

Fairly small portable MRI units are on the way, but the visualized details are not quite there yet.

Last mobile MRI unit I saw was the size of a school bus, you need to watch where you park them because you still can generate a magnetic field.

That fits his lifestyle and the symptoms. Poor diet, lack of exercise, high blood pressure, and daily high levels of stress lead to temporary, brief blockages in arteries that limit oxygen to the brain. This would cause slurred speech, trouble finding words, disrupted thinking patterns. Can also cause dizziness and other physical symptoms depending on what area of the.brain is affected.

Repeated mini strokes over a period of time can reduce mental clarity and overall brain function.

They can also be forerunners of a more serious stroke or heart attack.

If a longer spell of symptoms occurred, indicating a more serious, but not necessarily incapacitating stroke, that would explain taking him to a hospital for tests and prescribed treatment.

I cannot believe that people closest to him have not noticed symptoms that are obvious to the general public. They must be aware and are just not talking about it.

His neurological symptoms were evident in 2016 and have gotten worse at an accelerating rate. I have expressed sincere doubt he would physically be able to be a candidate by next summer.

From Mayoclinic.org:

At any stage, syphilis can spread and, among other damage, cause damage to the brain and nervous system (neurosyphilis) and the eye (ocular syphilis).

Just sayin'.

I also suspect those near him like his family as well as a number of high level Republicans know and are using it for their own gain.

well, to do anything. To say he is inept is a monster of an understatement.

But I don't take very much stock in any doctor that makes a medical or psycological diagnosis from a distance (from watching TV footage or reading tweets).

I recall Bill Frist trying to give his expert opinion on Terry Schiavo a few years back, from watching a video of her. I didn't take much stock in that either.

Possible mini strokes , dementia, congestive heart issues, blood pressure issues, and possible drug and addiction issues, and more, but as he hides it from the public its seen almost daily his health is failing, and he's desperate to hold onto power. Watch as he gives ivankie more and more of his duties , and gets so bad he's kept out of the public view altogether so she can then protect them , because he knows its over for them if he leaves , or is removed from office. When he starts hiding more and more , and delegates to others his duties, you can then bet he's so bad he's done. Will the republicans in Congress accept it? Ivanka telling them what they can do? Will his followers believe them, and accept her? He knows what will happen if he's forced out of office, so he'll try to stall it from happening , with their help. He'll not change any of his habits , so expect a major event , maybe sooner than he , or we think, and these are early signs of it coming. He is very , very ill I think. He will get worse with all the stress of him getting exposed also, and losing more court battles. The longer republicans allow him to stay in office, the more republicans will lose in the 2020 election, so their future is in their hands, get rid of him for survival, or destroy their party and possibly our country for someone not even a republican, he's a totally compromised putin loyalist. trump's in deep trouble now, in many ways.
