From the article:
During an interview with MSNBCs Chris Matthews, the Democratic lawmaker said there are reams of evidence showing that Trump is guilty of shaking down a foreign power for political dirt, but its the presidents own behavior that is the clearest sign that even Trump knows hes guilty.
This is a crime spree in progress, Rep. Swalwell said. Its this simple: Innocent people do not intimidate witnesses. Guilty people who are worried about what witnesses could say to harm them do.

In my view, there are two ways to look at this istuation.
1) Trump is innocent, or
2) A number of foreign Governments, and many long time members of the US Government in a wide variety of Agencies are engaged in an elaborate conspiracy to prevent Trump from making America great again.
And 2a) There is zero evidence of any conspiracy.
