However, our Democratic leaders are contending with decades of contrivance, distortion, perversion of truth [factual] handily spread about like stinking dung.

Our leaders are conducting themselves in a superior and expert manner. I see it being methodical and sure.

Dump has written his own impeachment ticket as Madame Speaker had so astutely prophesied.

Stay strong, Demonaut.

This stuff takes time. I lived through Watergate.

Have some faith.

It went well this morning.

The republicans looked bad attacking Lt. Col. Vindman.

Volker and Morrison are coming off like hacks trying not to look like hacks. Volker was trying to convince people that he didn’t know what was going on.

Not watching 100%, but it has been on.

I find these "Republican witnesses" as realizing the depth and breadth of the Democratic investigation and they are not Trump-bots.

the direct, legal diplomatic channel to Ukraine- and that these guys are straight shooters who would not abide illegal bullshit, and big giant flashing red neon arrows were drawn pointing to Giuliani and the nefarious BACK channel. I think they established that trump and co kept these guys somewhat out of the loop. And if these guys saw nothing too worrying, that’s ok cause they were deliberately kept away from it. Things have to move slowly to lay out a legal strategy. I think Dems took the time to acknowledge today that not much happened in daylight, and much more attention will be paid to the workings of Rudy, et al.

These were the R witnesses who were going to shut.it.down.

They didn't. They were evasive and perhaps (Volker) outright lying to save their skins.

At best Rs got a neutral day for Trump. Dems held their own. It's all downhill from here

This evening were 2 witnesses picked by the Republicans, and even they destroyed the Republican argument, including Volker saying Biden didn't do anything wrong and trying to investigate him over Burisma was a ridiculous conspiracy theory.

That’s good in my book. Called the whole Biden thing a conspiracy theory.
