What happens if someone says they dont believe in god? Is their oath no good?
What happens if someone swears to god and then lies? Are they prosecuted?

(19,558 posts)Today was an example of such. The Republicans "star" witness was forced to change his testimony because his attorneys told him he'd go to jail for perjury.
