They're going through his opening statement now! Sounds like Sondland will lay the blame at the feet of the president, but also that Pompeo knew all along?
Anybody else listening to this? Is that what I'm hearing? Sondland "We followed the president's orders."

He was at a minimum extremely uncomfortable for some reason. I think he was lying.
