without being too obvious about throwing Trump and Giuliani under the bus. It's a flimsy tightrope and this guy isn't clever enough to walk it. So he's "not remembering" a lot of stuff.

all the deception. People usually feel better after they make a difficult decision. I’d be willing to bet his wife told him if he went to jail she’d make sure he came out with nothing.

Some people when forced to fess up to wrongdoing act angry.
Others cry.
Others become defensive and make crazy excuses.
But I've also encountered some who become inexplicably giggly.
