(15,241 posts)As long as there is the privacy of the investigations and the full transparency of the hearings, I hope this can continue.
We'll see a lot more of the rotten apples decide to "spend more time with their families" or join RW think-tanks. I'm not sure how much the kleptocrats of the world want to keep funding a bunch of failed (r)epuglicon congress-critters, however.

(5,268 posts)None of the witnesses so far have provided any information implicating Pence in wrongdoing or personally trying to pursue Trump's agenda of political investigations. There is only the suggestion brought up today that since he only nodded to Sondland and didn't ask any questions after Sondland mentioned the investigations, that Pence was in the loop. In fact several witnesses have already testified that they had no knowledge of Pence ever discussing these issues so it seems extremely unlikely Congress will pursue his involvement.
