his contentious divorce with a full accounting of his assets, he's been not declaring income, or taking income, or the like, simply to 'hide' it. I don't think this works very well, either in IRS land or divorce court either. And if the judge in particular gets pissed off, Rudi is running a serious risk of really ticking off the judge in the divorce case, by constantly trying to hide assets, not declare assets, not take any income, etc.
