There was a soldier standing in the midst of a scene of complete carnage and devastation. Nothing but burned out buildings and dead bodies as far as you can see.
As he surveys the scene he is saying, with a crazed, maniacal look, I think I won!

(68,202 posts)One of my favorite cartoons of his was of a witch tied to the stake ready to be burned to death and a peasant was sitting by putting marshmallows on a stick and the witch is saying "Do you MIND..."
That was his kind of humor...
