Here's what Members of Congress do, among other things, during Congressional Recesses:
I just received this email from John Larson, CT-01. He and Jim Himes, CT-02 are holding a public forum on the Impeachment Inquiry:
Dear Friends,
Last week the House Intelligence Committee began holding public hearings as part of the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump. The President has brought this inquiry on himself through his actions. This is an open process so that the American people have a clear understanding of what is happening as the committees continue to follow the facts. We are a nation of laws. No one is above the law nor is anyone beneath the law.
Please join me and Congressman Jim Himes (CT-04) on Tuesday, November 26th on the campus of Manchester Community College for a public forum and discussion on the ongoing impeachment inquiry. The event will start with a short presentation, followed by a moderated question and answer session.
Please RSVP here.
