Certainly Cunningham hasn't learned anything in prison. He's complaining the IRS wiped him out and claiming that he was on meds and knew 90% to 95% of his plea bargain was a lie. He even asked a judge if he could have a gun (he said no).

9. Here's a legal conundrum.

I'm no lawyer, but I wonder if Rudy's allowed to give testimony against Trump? If I confide details that would get me in trouble with the law, the last thing I'd expect is for my lawyer to "flip" on me.

It's normally up to the attorney to keep his own nose clean and stay on the right side of the law so I'm not sure how this works out.
