3. Change of clothes and hair

Apparently 45 changed at least his tie and colored his hair on the plane ride to the Rally. He had a red dotted or otherwise patterned tie on and blonder hair on the walk to the helicopter earlier. Now he has on a solid red tie and his hair is red.
