Chuck Todd is awful but he is doing what MSNBC pays him to do.
And yes, he seems to enjoy it. But if you turn on MSNBC you are going to get both-siderism followed by corporate ads all day long. To me it is like listening to an old rattling refrigerator that makes irritating noise all day long, so I don't watch it unless a legitimate news story is breaking and then I'll turn it on to watch some of that. The content is better after 8 PM EST so I DVR that part. Then I can fast forward through the parts I don't want to listen to and all the commercials. I still like Rachel's perspective and I enjoy Lawrence trashing Trump.
For daytime TV I'm usually on Free Speech TV. As for Chuck Todd I don't bother. If it's his hour and I want to watch corporate infotainment I go to CNN. You can't pay me to watch his show.
