New book about Melanie...poor thing is misunderstood.

It talks about her very serious kidney operation and how she and the Donald sleep in separate rooms. Daily Mail is trash and loves the tRumps (doesn't Murdoch own that rag?).

The book seems to be tabloid gossip in book form... and as for effectiveness as a First Spouse, James Buchanan's spouse was far more effective than Melania Knauss Trump.
