On Tuesday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) dismissed the revelations from the Intelligence Committee’s report that ranking Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), one of the most visible and vocal opponents of the impeachment probe of President Donald Trump, was secretly in contact with Rudy Giuliani:
