It doesn’t matter how loudly he was talking, despite being mic’d up and the one controlling who speaks when. It doesn’t matter how quickly he was talking. It doesn’t matter how farcical and nonsensical his tirading, ranting, and raving was. No matter how much the evidence seems to point to it, it cannot be stated enough.

But many people are saying he was coked up, so I guess there's no way we'll ever find out the truth for sure.

In his defense, just because there's a very strong chance he was coked up, doesn't actually mean for sure he actually was.

Just because he looked, sounded, acted, appeared, behaved, ranted and raved like he was coked up doesn't mean that he was. Although many people have said... OTOH, that article was really funny and that website looks interesting.
