everything to do with the fact that so many of us are babes in the woods on computers and in cyberspace. I sure am, anyway. For example, I can't search my computer documents by using their drive path. If I can't see the document's name, it will be forever lost to me.

I have had to call a friend to tell me why my computer wouldn't work. She showed me--something had come unplugged. To me, all those cords are just thick spaghetti. (I still don't understand what part of the computer was unplugged.)
