I didn't get a quad flu vaccine. I got mine in the deltoid, as usual.

like this for another couple months. Sanitize you hands, don't touch your eyes or nose.

Whenever I get a rip-roaring case of the flu, it ALWAYS hits me sometime in January through March, which is why I get the shot in the first week of December, to maximize its coverage in my most susceptible months.
Its no ironclad guarantee, but I would *never* skip the flu shot.

Dunno what "quad" means in a vaccine sense. I got the hi-test "geezer" shot, whatever that means.
