Guy Reschenthaler is my representative (sigh)

For one brief year, it was Conor Lamb. But then the redistricting happened.... and while that was better for Democrats overall, because it is a fairer map for PA than what we had before.....


... it was bad for me.


It moved my town from Conor Lamb's district to Guy Reschenthaler's. Our district is made up primarily of three counties that border West Virginia... Washington, Fayette, and Greene.

We might as well *BE* in West Virginia.... with as many MAGA-hat wearing morons that live here.


If I move 10 miles north, I'd be back in civilization in the Southern suburbs of Pittsburgh and Conor Lamb's district.


But I like my house and neighborhood.

Oh well.

...and got to participate in a three point shot contest.

He wins, and they tell him his prize...a seat in the US House of Representatives!

Seriously though, his whole wide eyed “gee whiz” delivery makes him far less superficially irksome than Collins, Jordan or Gaetz, but he’s still every bit as clueless as they are.

It was so exciting to have a Democratic congressman for the first time in years, but then I was also redistricted into PA-14. I don't know how Reschenthaler managed to get through law school and pass the bar because he doesn't seem all that bright. He touts his experience "on the bench" but doesn't explain he was a local district magistrate for which no law degree or legal experience is required.
