(167,163 posts)The President is an imminent threat.
Clinton impeachment came 72 days after the inquiry happened.
Congress has the Constitutional right to obtain documents form the Drumpf Administration. Openly stonewalling and in some respects, an outright cover-up.

PA Democrat
(13,427 posts)He brags about when he "sat on the bench" and I had to laugh. He served as a local district magistrate for a short time, but he made it sound like he sat on the Supreme Court. A district magistrate does not have to be a lawyer, in fact they need not have ANY legal training or experience.
Someone needs to tell the little bootlicker that the only president who interfered in the military justice system was HIS boy Trump when he pardoned war criminals.
Hoyt
(54,770 posts)Its kind of like Doug Collins in my state. He went to an unaccredited law school and some back-woods, white wing seminary. Freakin idiot, but ignorant white wingers think hes something.

And your wannabe-king-tyrant-manbaby, tRump, blocked all other fact witnesses aside from those who did testify.
And of all the projecting junk, gocart, what tRump was trying to do to Hunter Biden by extorting Ukraine was more along the lines of being Stalin-esque. Bleh.

(14,815 posts)I have been watching all day and still watching at this moment.
Both sides have repeated the same thing over and over.
It goes without saying that the Democratic members are trying to get out the facts.
It goes without saying that the Republican party lies, makes up conspiracy theories and
tries to rewrite history.
They are disgusting, vile, and evil.
They are the greatest threat this country will ever face.
They are the enemy of everything good and decent.

(167,163 posts)I remember way back when Bob Bennett (R-UT) was running again for his Senate seat in 2010 and got primaried by the crazy Mike Lee. 2010 was the year that started the threats across GOP-world and many "less crazy" Republicans lost their seats and those who were left (like Orrin Hatch) literally did a Jeckyll/Hyde transformation into the loonosphere in order to keep their seats.
