If any senator admits to vote one way or another ahead of time,

Could they be disqualified from sitting in judgment?

Aside from McConnell and Graham who have already gone on record are there any others.

I would think this cuts both ways in favor of removal or not.

Roberts? The entire SCOTUS?

I don't think they need to maintain any sort of objectivity before, during, or after.

It's the Senate: the most Undemocratic Institution in the Government. It should be burned to the ground.

witnesses under oath. I don't see why it wouldn't be ok for a senator to come out in favor of impeachment. It's the deniers and obstructionists who are intent on declaring facts null and void that who should be disqualified. (IMHO)
