The one time Chuck Toad made me laugh was when he was handing off to Ari, and Ari complimented Chuck on his new, full beard.

Chuck replied that his own facial hair equated to about 2 hours' worth of beard growth for Ari.

I agree - he really needs to project a constant air of professionalism.

Corporate would never stand for it if one of the Ladies flip-flopped regarding her appearance and sporadically went on camera with smudged eye makeup or imperfect hair, so why do they let Melber slack off and go on set looking like a bum?
