before the end of his term, so Pence can pardon him for all acts done while President.

In fact, it might not even happen until just before the end of 2020. If Trump runs and loses, I guarantee he'll take advantage of that pardon opportunity.

that Pence is going down soon, too soon to be able to pardon anyone. I wish that impeachment also rescinded any pardon powers while remaining in office after the impeachment. However, I think Pence will be swept up in a dragnet of sorts that will end up with a big, fat RICO case which will disqualify him as VP or interim president. Timing is crucial.

8. The problem is that Trump will almost certainly not be removed by the

Senate. I don't think there's any will to impeach Pence in the House. So, that leaves Trump to do what I expect he will do. In the meanwhile, he can do great damage to this country in the next few months.

I think removal might happen by way of fiat or impeachment. What I'm also thinking about is the rest of the cabal and dealing with them in such a way as to neutralize them all at once without them corrupting the rest of our laws on their way out. I have feared, during W's reign and now this one, that the election that brought them to us might be the last. I feel that way with great intensity right now. However, I also feel that their is a way through this mess which will bring us around with the least amount of damage going forward and allow us to clean house in a major way in the coming few election cycles. It can be done, I hope it turns out something like that.

9. If he registers as a foreign agent, doesn't that mean

... he has to resign from the presidency? I don't see how he can perform both roles.
