The investigation showed there was enough proof of wrong-doing to have an impeachment trial. You had a chance to present proof that trump had done no wrong. But no. He ordered people not to appear, he refused to send papers and other records, so if you don't feel he had rights, well, his fault. And you ignorant as**kissers backed him up, utterly willing to surrender your power to a treasonous criminal.

You are debating to vote to go forward with a trial, which as this point is a big fat fake, but that is another opportunity for trump to present his evidence. What part of that do you not get? And why did you even run for public office if you don't bother to read and understand the rule of law, the oath you took and other points germane to your elected position.

It’s pretty chapped just now, and I’ll get to the Milestones a little later in the day. I’m forcing myself to watch, I’m forcing myself to listen.

I don’t want to forget the liars faces. I want to know that my anger, which I go a long way to avoid sometimes, I’m pretty non confrontational, is justified and right.

Every GOPer claiming "no evidence" or "no first-hand evidence" is a liar. Trump's confession of abuse of power is available to them all. This is sufficient, by itself, to support the first Article of Impeachment.

Trump ordered subordinates to ignore lawful subpoenas. Witnesses could invoke executive privilege during testimony and that could be litigated in court, but they cannot lawfully ignore a subpoena. This is sufficient to support the second Article of Impeachment.

Republicans are deliberately deceiving, a.k.a., lying.

since Amash is an Independent. But since he has been supporting impeachment, then it would be up to either Nadler or Schiff to give him time (if he wishes to give public remarks) after all the scheduled (D)s have spoken. They all have the opportunity to enter written remarks into the record (they don't have to do it as a speech).
