Red face

I caught a few minutes of the rally. His face was red as beet. I was quite taken aback. He leans against those podiums. Very odd stance. I bet his BP was through the roof.

actually, it is my fondest desire for him to stroke out and only his eyes work as he spends his days shitting himself and will only let his daughter/wife change him all the while only his eyes work

and a few of the Residents were in the same condition you described... unable to do anything physical except move their eyes, and their speech was unintelligible. Their minds were still intact though, and you could see from the look in those eyes - they were in a living hell.

His florid complexion and difficulty in standing are both good indicators of poor health.

He may be surviving on medications. That only works for so long, though.

Anything could happen, really.
