No, they found that there was enough evidence to draft articles of impeachment. It is up to the Senate to determine if he is guilty.

The impeachment phase does not determine guilt or innocence. It determines only if there is enough evidence to warrant sending articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial by the Senate. It's similar to a grand jury determining if a person should be indicted.

The Senate holds a trial and determines his guilt or innocence.

8. Yes, the Constitution is really what is at question here...

It is up to the Senate to determine if Trump should be removed. If he isn't, then rule of law suffers and the Constitution takes a huge hit.

As for if Trump is "really" impeached, the votes are taken and recorded in the Congressional Record. He is impeached. If we're comparing to a criminal trial (which is admittedly a very loose comparison) he has been indicted and is awaiting trial.
