His comments about the walks in the dressing rooms gave us more insight into his dirty mind. The accusations of sexual harrassment and rape by multiple women further brought us along about the person we're dealing with.
All this happening at a time the MeToo movement was building in momentum. We had various industry giants getting drummed out of their hidey holes - like Cosby, Lauer, Weinstein, etc, etc, etc. We had the Stormy Daniels & the Playboy bunny incidents on record.
That was our opportunity to rid Trump.
We blew it.
Think about it - the Repugs could not defend Trump for all his/these sexual indiscretions.
The media gave him and we gave him a pass. He should have gone the way of all these previous brothers in crime mentioned above.
Instead he seemed to be raised to a hero status and he got away with it all.
The Repugs could defend him on political issues - like Executive Privilege. They could defend him by saying the stupid things he tweets and says and does in office don't rise to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors. BUT on his sexual related crimes - if we really made an issue of them at the height of the MeToo movement - the Repugs would not be able to circle the wagons for him or give him a pass because of how it would label them as a Party that protected an admitted sexual predator.
Yes - that my friends - if we would have made a big issue of - would have been our opportunity to rid ourselves of Trash Trump - but we blew it. We missed a golden oppotunity - and we're stuck with him now.
