Chairman Nadler will send Articles to the full House and Speaker Pelosi will call for a roll call vote.

Does anyone have enough crayons to explain to the Incompetent Impeached One what the following means? "The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment."
