First, Lev Parnas has been so generous with the GOP that I checked there and found he'd made a small donation to the NC GOP.

Next, I found a Beverly Hills, CA lawyer by the name fo Igor Krbatov who made a some larger donations... who? why?

Igor helped Trump with a real estate transaction in which an egyption fellow buys a mansion for $10.3M, and shortly thereafter gives it to Trump for free, who sits on it for a year, then sells it for $9.3M. WTF?

I know nothing about money laundering in real estate but is this looks fishy? Trump and Igor get a foreigner to buy a property, and transfer it to them for free, so they can sell it? Where did the guy get $10.3M that he could just kiss off?
And then Igor is donating to Meadows? Who fights/votes against impeaching Trump then quits?

Needless to say this could all be perfectly innocent, but I have questions.
And before I forget, the egyptian lost his job and moved out of the country. And the subsequent sale went to an indonesian billionaire. The article is interesting. Read it.

North Carolina is one of the most gerrymandered states in the country, but recent court decisions are giving us some relief. Meadows was likely to lose his next election. A number of Republican officials in N.C. are fleeing the trough for greener pastures.

all of Asheville, Buncombe County. The Asheville area is heavily Democratic and was split between Meadow's 11th and fellow Republican McHenry's 10th in order to dilute its electoral clout. The new 11th is still a Republican district by most standards, but not nearly as psycho Republican as it was before.

We lived in the 11th for 10 years and it thrills my heat that Meadows is history. You'd be hard pressed to find a more loathsome creature anywhere on earth, but the wing nuts loved him. Go figure.

11. I wonder about the historical relationships

Before Trump took office, there were articles of who was he, where did his family come from. There was some article about an eastern European dynasty, but all we ever heard was Fred Trump and the British Columbia ancestors. The trail stopped there. Wonder how far back genealogists went, is Trump related to some distant cousins, or some royal house. As you go backward in time, the populations were smaller, and in a given region of say 500 miles, over a few centuriies, a lot of people are related in one way or another.
