The case was settled when Trump agreed to pay $2M to eight charities and dissolve the foundation. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/12/10/nyregion/trump-foundation-lawsuit-attorney-general.html Whether criminal charges could be brought is probably up to the Manhattan DA, but it's tougher to prove criminal fraud than civil fraud.

Scum like the Trump family spend a lifetime breaking laws, and we fill the prisons with the poor, and powerless.

Plead guilty or else!!! Even if you never did the crime!!! You can't afford an attorney so plead guilty.
