3. I'm heartened by Twitter posts I've noticed today

2) Can't find it right now, but there was a tweet about Chuck Todd suddenly acknowledging Republicans regularly lie to the media to promote their agenda. I would argue this is a right granted politicians, particularly Republicans, because it's gone on forever. So to have a high profile Moderator admit it? He's either ditching the Rip Van Winkle act, or he's been told truth is more important when it comes to the Republic, or the intelligence community does have influencers and pull with media as part of doing business, and they've got this.

the more people see that there's an appearance that the GOP controlled Senate is conducting this trial in an unfair way, the more people will come out in favor of impeachment.

When this number grows even more, the Senate will have to make their play or they would have lost all by betting on Trump. They got their judges, they will feel mission accomplished.
