Some folks in Pennsylvania definitely remember..... I mean the ones that are still alive.

Maybe someone should count the times Mr. Soros has been attacked / smeared on Fox and publish the number.

1. What did George Soros ever actually *do* that has turned him into

some kind of all-powerful liberal bogeyman in the minds of the right-wingers? He's rich ($8B) but not as rich as a lot of other people, not even close to the likes of Gates, Zuckerberg, Bezos, Buffett, Bloomberg or Koch (but richer than Trump), and he donates to liberal but not extreme-left organizations. I guess liberals aren't allowed to be rich. Is that it?

4. Yes, that's basically it.

This has been a conservative wingnut carping point for ages, though Soros is an actual billionaire, and not a "rich liberal" or "rich Hollywood liberal" with higher profiles but a fraction of the potential resources. And no surprise which group(s) those can be a dog-whistle about.

Whereas decades of funding from wealthy conservatives (Coors family, Bradley foundation, and a laundry list of others in addition to those you named) vanish to invisibility in their eyes.

5. Some of the wealthiest people are actually Democrats -

Warren Buffett, for example, who says he voted for Clinton and has said he doesn't think he and his fellow billionaires are taxed enough. I suspect there's a big dose of anti-Semitism involved in the Soros smears, not just his support for liberal causes and organizations.
