It's as if we are living in a version of
the Man in the High Castle
What dimension/universe are we living in? Can I emigrate over to the better universe where things are relatively saner? Please? This is a combination of the Bizarro world, Monty Python, the Marx Brothers, MAD Magazine, and Cracked. Did I forget National Lampoon?

8. Man in the High Castle meets The Handmaid's Tale.
Commander Jerry Falwall. I don't think that's too far fetched.

10. One big difference:
Bizarro World, Monty Python, the Marx brothers, MAD Magazine, Cracked, and National Lampoon were actually funny.

11. Point taken but
It wouldn’t be funny if you actually lived in their worlds.
