...Trump has proved to all that he is not qualified to remain as President of the United States.
..Today in that one tweet" he proved beyond reasonable doubt to people on all sides of the aisle, that he cannot continue in his present job. It is clear to everyone who is reasonable and law abiding that his is totally wrong and the tweet goes against the Constitution of the United States. Trump does not have the power to define for all what the Constitution is. That is another branch of government, not the Executive. But the Judicial Branch.

The Judicial Branch interprets the laws. Members of the Executive Branch carry out the laws. Members of the Legislative Branch make the laws.
